The Marmalade Planning and Observation System gives you everything that you need to be able to plan for enhancements in your continuous provision and to offer invitations to play.

The pack allows you to follow children’s interests and involve parents and carers as part of a holistic observation of a child.

It reduces the burden of paperwork whilst offering the opportunity to gather informal observations in order to be able to assess and identify any gaps in learning and development. It is designed to be used with a setting’s individual curriculum and can be linked to any choice of assessment system.

It has been written for use by childminders, day nurseries, preschools and school nurseries.
