Consultancy & Coaching Visits
Every school and nursery is unique, which is why a one-size-fits-all approach rarely works. My consultancy and coaching visits are designed to provide bespoke, practical support that meets the specific needs of your setting — whether that’s developing your learning environment, refining your curriculum, building staff confidence, or embedding meaningful practice that has real impact.
With over 25 years of experience as a teacher, SENCO, EYFS unit lead and Early Years Ofsted Inspector, I bring a wealth of expertise in creating high-quality provision. I have worked with schools and nurseries across the UK and internationally, supporting teams to strengthen their practice and place children’s wellbeing, learning and development at the centre.
What a visit includes
- A pre-visit discovery call to explore your priorities and identify focus areas
- A full day (5 hours) in-setting visit, combining observation, coaching and reflection with staff at all levels
- A personalised action plan or detailed report, highlighting strengths, priorities and clear next steps
- Review of environments, curriculum and pedagogy with practical recommendations
- Support on quality interactions, planning, assessment and staff development
- Specialist guidance on areas such as behaviour, sensory processing, schematic play and provision for 2-year-olds
- My full Planning–Observation–Assessment system, tailored to your context
- Practical, achievable ideas that can be implemented straight away
- Follow-up coaching by Zoom to check progress and sustain impact
- Ofsted preparation and inspection readiness support (see my Ofsted Support page for more details)

Consultancy and coaching visits start at £650.
Optional: Add a whole-setting training session on the same day for an additional fee.

Sustained Support Package – Monthly Visits
Strong early years practice grows through consistent guidance, reflection and coaching over time. My Sustained Support Packages give your team regular, focused visits that build momentum, confidence and lasting impact for children.
What’s included in every visit
- Pre-visit planning call to shape priorities
- Environment walk and support with setting up and developing learning spaces
- Coaching and modelling with staff, focusing on quality interactions and confidence building
- Review of planning and embedding curriculum in a way that works for your setting
- Observation of children with feedback on assessment and next steps
- Leadership reflection time to support decision-making
- A personalised action plan with achievable goals
- Follow-up Zoom coaching to keep progress moving
Why choose a package?
- Consistency across the year – regular input helps new ideas bed in and become daily practice

Package options
- 6-month package – from £500 per visit (£3,000 total, payable monthly + travel)
- 12-month package – from £450 per visit (£5,400 total, payable monthly + travel)
Each package includes everything in a one-off consultancy at a reduced rate, with the added value of sustained support over time.
Availability is limited. I only work with a small number of settings on a monthly basis to make sure each one receives my full attention and tailored support.
