International Training

Over the past few years I have had the privilege of delivering training internationally across China, Thailand, Singapore and Europe, working with teachers, leaders and early years teams in a wide range of schools and settings.

My background gives me a unique perspective. I have worked across both schools and private nursery settings and understand the different pressures, priorities and expectations within each environment. I also understand the balance many international and independent schools are trying to achieve between strong academic outcomes and protecting childhood, creativity, movement and wellbeing.

My training combines practical strategies with current research and real classroom experience. Sessions are energetic, reflective and hands-on, with a strong focus on communication, behaviour, sensory processing, creativity, play and child development in today’s fast paced digital world.

I work with early years and primary teams to create calmer, more connected learning environments where children can move, play, communicate, create and thrive.

Participants regularly describe my training as inspiring, practical and genuinely transformative:

“Like eating a fabulous feast of Early Years experience and ideas with a funny family friend!”

“It’s a mind-blowing training course.”

“Alexandra is not just a wealth of knowledge, but she is also incredibly relatable, relevant and an inspirational motivational speaker.”

“The training session was absolutely amazing! Look no further than Alexandra — she opened my eyes wider. Her training had us feeling like mini Einsteins in the making. Seriously, she’s got the magic touch when it comes to making learning fun. 10/10 would totally recommend!”

I am known for delivering highly engaging, energetic training that combines warmth, humour and real-life experience with practical, research-led strategies that practitioners can immediately take back into their classrooms and settings.

I regularly deliver training overseas, working with schools and early years providers across Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Over the past three years I have spoken in various locations in Romania and I have delivered training in Italy, China, Thailand and Singapore. I have also been invited back to provide whole-school behaviour training in both Italy and Thailand.

In partnership with Learning Space Solutions, I am delivering several two-day courses in 2025. These sessions are suitable for early years practitioners, teachers and managers and will explore some of the most important aspects of high-quality early years provision.
