My live online training sessions are designed to be practical, engaging and full of ideas that practitioners can genuinely use in real classrooms and settings.
The sessions combine clear, easy to follow training with real-life examples, videos, discussions, practical demonstrations and opportunities to reflect on your own practice. I want people to leave feeling inspired, reassured and full of ideas they can actually put into action the very next day.
Delivered live over Zoom or webinar, the training is interactive, reflective and grounded in the realities of working with children every day. I draw heavily on my own experience across schools, nurseries, SEND, leadership and inspection work, so the training always stays connected to real practice rather than unrealistic theory.
There is always space to ask questions, share experiences and reflect alongside other practitioners. Some people love joining in throughout, while others prefer to listen quietly with a notebook and a coffee — both are absolutely fine.

Please note that all bookings are non refundable.
If you are booking on behalf of a group, places can be transferred to another colleague from the same setting if somebody is unable to attend.
